Vít Lauer has 20 years of practical experience in the area of Financial Risk Management and Treasury (structuring of hedging and investment financial transactions). In Citibank a.s. he was gradually responsible for Asset Liability Management, Trading with long term derivatives and subsequently for Structuring and executing complex hedging solutions for Citibank Europe plc. top corporate clients.
In those positions he has gained a practical experience with behavior of Financial Markets, with the Risk Management of financial transactions in global financial institutions. During his career in Citicorp/Citigroup he has participated in many professional courses in London and New York and he has gained a long term working experience in Citibank NA London.
Vít Lauer is providing Advisory services in the area of Risk Management and Treasury to corporate clients since 2011.
Mário Strapec

Mário Strapec has more than 19 years of practical experience in finance and consulting. He was working for international consulting companies (Deloitte, Accenture) as well as banking group within the CEE region (Erste Group, Raiffeisen).
His responsibility within ERSTE Group, among others, involves strategy definition and operation management of international daughter company (in the role of executive director) established in order to implement core-banking system within the whole ERSTE Group (Austria, CR, SR, Hungary, Croatia). Other major projects within his full responsibility included the implementation of group credit and counterparty limits management system for Česká spořitelna, a.s., or process optimization & document management system implementation for international energy company.
Mário spent more than 10 years on implementations of core systems and related applications (e.g. document management system, CRM) and parallel to that was providing professional advisory, training and consulting services in the areas of project management, process optimization and banking to the wide range of organization, such as IBM, Philips, NBS (the central bank of Slovakia), Deloitte, Greyson.

Our team consists of professionals (experts) with extensive experience with the project management, accounting and tax advisory for international consulting companies, IT specialists providing hardware and software consulting services.
